I have seen Dr. Thein about 3 times now and it’s been a wonderful experience every time. The entire staff (including the dentist) have been quick to get me in and out. I appreciate when I show up for an appointment and they get me right in and show respect for my time as well. All the staff members have been friendly and down to earth. Dr. Thein takes his time with me each time and seems to take a genuine interest in helping his patients. He seems to take the less invasive approach on his recommendations, which signals to me that he is primarily concerned with giving great care as opposed to his bottom line. This is a great local small business to support. Also their office is really nice and clean! 10/10 recommend!

Just finished my first visit with Lone Pine Dental. The experience was just awesome. I enjoyed the huge windows and music while my teeth were being cleaned. I appreciated the modern devices like the, I believe it was called an ultrasonic cleaning tool, compared to what I have always experienced, the metal scraper. I also enjoyed seeing colored images of my teeth and real time xrays. The staff were all friendly and professional!!!

Such a great experience at this dentist office. The front desk staff was super helpful, the dental assistant was kind and efficient when doing the X-rays, and the dentist was also very kind, informative and thorough. I really appreciated the care I received. Thank you guys!!

If you are looking for an excellent dentist with great staff and a lovely clean office - look no further . Dr Thein is amazing and so gentle and thorough and spends the time explaining what he is doing and how you can improve your dental hygiene .
Dr Thein gave me the best teeth cleaning experience ever .
And his dental assistant was so gentle taking my annual XRays .
So glad I chose this dental office over other ones. I would highly recommend Lone Pine Dental to anyone looking for a top class dentist .

Went to Lone Pine Dental today for my
6 month check up and had my teeth cleaned by the new hygienist named Nicole .
She was amazing and the dental clean was so good . Such a friendly lady and super sweet . And the X-rays are so high tech and top notch now too . All brand new equipment makes for an excellent dental experience .
I was treated with care and respect and the new dental chair was just very comfortable and should I even say - relaxing !!!
The receptionist is very helpful and friendly also . Nothing is too much trouble and arranging new appointments is easy and with a text sent to your phone to remind you too. This dental office is new , clean and welcoming and I actually look forward to my visits. Dr Thein and his dental assistant are so thorough and make you feel part of the “Lone Pine Dental family “.
I would give this dental office 10/10

First visit today to Lone Pine dental and it was great! I have always not liked getting my teeth cleaned as it was just so uncomfortable. My cleaning today with Dr. Casey was the most gentle cleaning I have ever had! And I actually am looking forward to returning in 6 months! Kind, professional and informative on all levels. Thanks !

Friendly, informative, and efficient. They really do a great job here. I can't say I find any joy in going to the dentist, but Lone Pine really does make it as pleasant of a visit as they can, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Thein. It was my first time going to the dentist for about a year, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely informative and I learned a lot about how to care for my teeth. The atmosphere couldn’t have been better and more comfortable, and his hygienist was very professional and kind as well. I’m so happy I found dentist in Bend that I really enjoy!

My visit to Lone Pine Dental was fantastic..From the moment I walked in til I left I was made welcomed. I felt like I had known the staff for years. Everyone was nice, attentive and explained what we needed to do. Dr. Thein (Casey) was very easy to talk to and explained everything so I understood the next steps. Such a great experience. All the staff is super friendly including the Dr. I haven't been to the dentist in a while because of bad experiences but after this visit I don't feel that way anymore. It was a personal experience and I got all of my concerns addressed. The Dr set me up with a treatment plan to start and talked about what some options can be going forward. I am so grateful to have found a dental staff that made me comfortable and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this dentist office if your looking for one in the area. It's a very nice and clean facility and every person I came into contact with in my visit was personable and smiling . The best part about it was they were happy that I was there.

Ok, I never write reviews but this was such a lovely dentist experience. Dr. Thein and his team are still fairly new to this location so all the machines are new, the seats are pristine, and it was so peaceful in the building. I never felt like he pushed any procedures on me but loved that he suggested options for the future. I've been looking for a new dentist and I think this is my new home base.
